From a checkout of the reference implementation, with Rust and Bitcoin Core installed:

The integration tests create temporary local nodes. A public source repository URL has not been set for this site.

URMA is a working name. This website describes the intended product experience: Litecoin as the default publication route, Bitcoin as optional redundancy, and an extensible transport architecture.

The linked technical documents are snapshots of the experimental Bitcoin reference core. They retain their original scope. No security audit, hardware release, public Litecoin demonstration or license is claimed here.
